Because we rarely update our information on social media, we have updated this post separately to communicate our current situation with everyone.
First of all, First I need to explain why the frequency of our updates has dropped over the past two years. Due to the sudden increase in orders in 2020, the studio's main designers devoted themselves full-time to the design and operation of XTIA. However, XTIA’s size is actually difficult to support a complete team, so from 2022 to 2024, we started to try other businesses. This was of course a very difficult process, and we made many mistakes.
2024 is a new beginning because we have returned a lot of attention to XTIA’s classic Xproto series. We have completed a major version update of Xproto-L/N, and now they have all come to the V2 version.
At the same time, we have tried new ways of cooperation. We invite more outstanding designers to cooperate with us and participate in profit commissions to create more excellent designs，Maker40 series keyboard products are one of its branches. Of course, this project is still not going smoothly. Maybe what we find interesting may not be interesting to everyone LOL.
In addition, we employ dedicated customer service personnel.Now our online reply system can provide full-time reply on the same day or the next day at the latest. Compared with the previous part-time reply by the design team, the reply efficiency has been greatly improved. If you still have ideas to communicate with the design team, you can also send a message to customer service, who will forward it to the design team.
The logistics system has been updated to the greatest extent.The traditional international express transportation method is still the mainstream transportation method, and there seems to be no alternative. However, we have added a new ALIEXPRESS store. For orders not larger than 1KG, logistics costs can be significantly reduced through ALIEXPRESS's logistics channels. Since there is now a dedicated person responsible for docking and shipping, our delivery preparation time has also been greatly shortened, and it can basically be shipped from the warehouse in about 2 working days.
Our universal module cable set customization service will be launched. We established our own mechanized customized module line department in 2022. After two years of running in, we have been able to provide very mature customized module line services, so from recently we will begin to provide computer cases other than the XTIA case series Products provide customized services first, which may face high communication and customization costs, but I believe this is a route worth trying.
Next plan. We will still keep updating our main products, and at the same time, we will design some interesting peripheral products to expand the richness of the product line and avoid frequent operational difficulties for the studio with a single product.
