About Shipping, Cancel order and return policy (Aug. 2022 update)


Current shipping methods:   To door,  Air express .   (Possible courier brands:DHL/Fedex/TNT/Aramex/SF express international/Sawaka Express

Total transit time : Around 10-15 days(Include our time to prepare the package)

 Refund  Policy:    If you need to cancel the order after placing the order and get full refund.  please send an email to welch@xtia.com.cn We accept refunds before the order is dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept refunds without successfully intercepting the package

Return Policy:   We accept returns for any reason. But please note that the package needs to be returned to the warehouse located in Shenzhen, China, and the buyer needs to pay the shipping fee.
In our experience, the shipping cost for individuals to send cross-border packages can be very high (even higher than the value of the product itself), so please consider carefully before purchasing

Quality Assurance: If there is serious damage or product quality problem during transportation, please contact welch@xtia.com.cn, usually we can re-issue the product for you or deal with it in other ways
